The Cat’s Meow
  • 2 oz Classic Big Sur Gin
  • ¼ oz WFE Orange Liqueur
  • ½ oz honey tea syrup*
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
Instructions: Shake with ice and strain into a coupe. Garnish with a lemon peel. *make by mixing 1 cup of honey with ½ cup of black tea
