Tom Cat’s Tail
- 2 oz Old Tom Big Sur Gin
- ½ oz Hazard Reef Allspice Dram
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- ¼ oz simple syrup
Instructions:
Shake with ice and strain into a coupe. Garnish with a cat tail-shaped orange peel.
