In each package, you will receive bottles of our small-batch spirits as well as one of our homemade mixers. Every package comes with new recipes you can make at home or use to impress your friends: we want to empower you to be a home bartender.

1. We will charge you for your spirits club packages semi-annually (in February and August, unless otherwise communicated), or quarterly (in February, June, August, and November, unless otherwise communicated) plus any applicable fees and taxes to the credit card you provide to us when you consent to enrollment in the spirits club subscription program. We require package pick up within 90 days. If your package is not picked up, we reserve the rights to offer a substitution, ship your package at your expense, or refund your card minus a $25 restocking fee. Failure to pick up may result in cancellation of membership. 2. Your spirits club subscription will continue in effect on a semi-annual or quarterly basis unless and until you cancel your spirits club subscription. You must cancel your spirits club subscription before the release date of your next spirits club shipment in order to avoid being charged for the next spirits club shipment. Cancellation of your subscription must be made at least 30 days before the next scheduled package or a $25 restocking fee will apply. Subscription cancellations can be made by emailing us at hello@calwisespirits.com or logging in to your customer account portal on our website. 3. All packages need to be picked up from our tasting room or shipped to a California address. We will email you at least 1 week before the scheduled release date to give you an opportunity to customize your package and change your shipping preferences. 4. To pick up your package, you must present a government-issued photo ID. If someone else will be picking up your package, you must notify us at least 24 hours before by email at hello@calwisespirits.com. The person picking up the package will be required to show a government-issued photo ID affirming that they’re 21 years or older. 5. Ground shipping is provided by UPS at current market rates within California. Customer must be available to sign at time of delivery. An adult signature (21+) is required for all shipments. Three (3) delivery attempts will be made prior to the shipment being sent back to Calwise Spirits Co. If our carrier is unable to deliver your package and has to ship it back to us, we reserve the right to charge a $25 restocking fee and any additional shipping charges.
